I have two employees that usually leave work at 6 pm. They are good, but I don’t like that their commitment lasts for work hours only. What should I do as a CEO?

It is your business, not theirs. The contract of employment essentially boils down to you purchasing a given amount of their time for a given amount of financial remuneration. You have no grounds to complain if they fulfil their roles to your satisfaction in the time your purchase from them. They, however, have grounds to complain if you want them to provide your business with time over and above the contracted amount.
