Is it worth spending money on HR practical training if you're a fresher and had done specialization in HR in your bachelor’s degree?

However, by doing so, you will be benefited in a number of ways as the real time exposure gives you an idea of how the company/the profile works, in depth knowledge and understanding of what practical training are you interested in. Of course practical training helps you in a lot many routes, but as a fresher, not a good suggestion though.

Hello there! Thanks for the A2A. Glad that you are looking forward to exploring your interests and have an urge to learn something related to your specialization, but I am afraid that investing in training sessions as a graduate without experience will probably lead to loss of money and time. Instead, you can work as a professional, may be for a year or more and attend training modules that you find your interests in, after you have a partial understanding about the Human Resource profile.

Also, a matter of concern - talking about opting practical training with bachelor’s degree will fetch you very rare opportunities. If you are choosing a specialization in Human Resources as majors, Masters degree is always recommended.
