What is your experience with implementing SAP Success Factors and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud in your organization.

I have not personally implemented either SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud in my organization. However, I have researched both platforms and have spoken to HR professionals who have implemented them in their organizations.

Based on my research and conversations with HR professionals, I believe that both SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud are excellent HCM platforms. They both offer a wide range of features and functionality, and they are both highly scalable.

However, there are some key differences between the two platforms. SAP SuccessFactors is generally considered to be more user-friendly and easier to implement than Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is more complex and requires more customization, but it offers more features and functionality than SAP SuccessFactors.

In terms of which platform I prefer, it really depends on the specific needs of the organization.
