Often times, the way you handle your time and projects will offset any other manager or colleagues deficiency in this area. Use your anticipatory/proactive skills, time and project management skills to decouple yourself from the impact of their poor time management skills.

I have a great team of Managers. I answer all calls/emails promptly unless there’s an investigation that needs to be had. I would say for me I work at least 50–60 hours a week but it’s not consecutive.
