I hope a few years down the lane, I achieve a decent position in the company and my colleagues respect me and look upon me.

If you aren’t, you can tell them that you see yourself being the best (whatever position you are interviewing for) at the company, an helping those around you to get better as well.

it's essential to strike a balance between honesty and presenting yourself in the best possible light. Choose weaknesses that are relevant to the job but also demonstrate your self-awareness and willingness to improve.

Communicating that you are similarly organized in your career plans builds alignment in the eyes of the hiring manager that “you think like us and will fit in here”.

I'm highly resilient! Rest assured that I wouldn't be interviewing with you if I could see this being an issue. I take any role I hold very seriously and invest the necessary time and energy to be successful in it.

This lesson applies well into adulthood and especially during an interview. The last thing you want to do is insult an interviewer by constantly cutting off their sentences.

Gain knowledge of the technology which is allied to your domain but which you are not currently working in. This would project that you are interested to learn.

HR does know liars and BS artists. Does know when the dots don’t connect when you relate stories about past jobs.
