If you are interested in HR, try to get in one of the top IIMs, XLRI, TISS or SCMHRD. For HR I really don't think Tapmi is a right choice, although with the new HRM course things might change over the years.

mohsin Apr 16, 2024 138
For a student in class 9, it's generally recommended to study for around 2-3 hours after school, with additional time for homework and revision. It's important to prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to studying. As for sleep, teenagers generally require 8-10 hours of sleep per night for optimal health and academic performance. It's important to find a balance that allows for adequate rest and effective studying.
How is the attendance scene at HR College for B.Com students?
mohsin Apr 16, 2024 81
The attendance scene at HR is pretty chilled. The blacklist is out every two months but it doesn't serve the purpose. There are barely 4/5 Students who attend class. mohsin Apr 16, 2024 91
I would say the highest pressure on the job is the fact that employees often feel I am on management’s side, while management feels I am on employees’ sides. That’s when I know I am doing my job as a neutral investigator.
