Any type of courses can help you get a job, as long as you're applying it appropriately.
If you are interested in HR, try to get in one of the top IIMs, XLRI, TISS or SCMHRD. For HR I really don't think Tapmi is a right choice, although with the new HRM course things might change over the years.
How many hours should I study in class 9 and sleep?
mohsin Apr 16, 2024 149
For a student in class 9, it's generally recommended to study for around 2-3 hours after school, with additional time for homework and revision. It's important to prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to studying. As for sleep, teenagers generally require 8-10 hours of sleep per night for optimal health and academic performance. It's important to find a balance that allows for adequate rest and effective studying.
How is the attendance scene at HR College for B.Com students?
mohsin Apr 16, 2024 91
The attendance scene at HR is pretty chilled. The blacklist is out every two months but it doesn't serve the purpose. There are barely 4/5 Students who attend class. This is because many students are preparing for CA OR CS . I know students who had below 10% attendance and were allowed to appear for the exams. Hope this helps !

Is a job in Human Resources really as easy as is the common perception? I don't mean to belittle anyone working in HR but I have heard people say that a job in HR has relatively low pressure. I wanted to confirm with people out there if this is true.
mohsin Apr 16, 2024 97
I would say the highest pressure on the job is the fact that employees often feel I am on management’s side, while management feels I am on employees’ sides. That’s when I know I am doing my job as a neutral investigator.
