Is ADP a good way to outsource HR and payroll services?

Anytime some company says they want to be your "partner," it's code for taking as much money as possible from your employees in order to offset their true costs.

  • One employee has stopped going to the doctor entirely because the co-pays are not affordable.
  • An employee endured physical head, neck, and inner ear injuries for which they will not be seeking follow-up care after an ER visit emptied their bank account.
  • Employees don’t even consider going to the dentist—not because they fear the drill, but because they know it will cost more than they can afford.
  • I have spent $5k more this year than I did before ADP, with no changes to my medical needs, and actually scaled back on them, in spite of the fact that I do truly need what I had before. I just can’t afford it anymore.

ADP never had any intention of saving money for our business; it's just that now, employees spend $5000 more out of pocket so the bottom line appears to be cushioned, but the reality is that they're just another corporation trying to skim the fruits of effort and work they didn't do.

NONE of us can afford LIFE anymore. We are dissatisfied, depressed, and distressed. We feel like we can’t win.

This is the TRUE cost of a PEO, and it is quite literally sucking the life out of us and causing us to cut back on care or stop seeking it entirely because it’s totally unaffordable and universally, the feeling is that we have absolutely no recourse, no resource, and furthermore, no energy to deal with the draining fight it takes just to get ANYONE to pay attention.
