Which field is better for the future, human resources or accounting?

If HR seems more interesting to you, by all means pursue that. And if you do, I’d highly recommend taking some extra accounting anyway. Knowing some accounting can be extremely useful to HR folks particularly those that have anything to do with payroll, benefits administration, etc.

Of course it largely depends on your own talents and interests. The jobs are definitely not very similar.

Accounting will give you more options, since any company of more than fifteen people will pretty much need a full time accountant. And HR pros are not usually required until there area substantial number of people working at a company.

Assuming you are in school or heading there I’d encourage you to take several classes in both to get a feel for the subject matter.
