Why did you opt for an MBA in HR?

the smallest things such as writing a proper email to candidates, always being there for them or going an extra mile to help them with feedback, matter a lot in the long run to create a great employer brand.

Having been through a campus recruitment season during the final year of my graduation, I happened to observe a lot of HR professionals. Developed a knack for recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience.

Even the smallest things such as writing a proper email to candidates, always being there for them or going an extra mile to help them with feedback, matter a lot in the long run to create a great employer brand. If your employer brand is good, attracting and retaining the best candidates become a lot more easy :)

I felt that I’d be happy working toward building great workplaces and employer brands. Hence, an MBA in HR and I’m loving every bit of it :)
