Do I need to answer all the questions to get through a Google interview?

I will dig into the problem as much as the candidate can answer until I have gotten the type of data I can from that question.

Well, I usually prepare 3 or 4 questions for a candidate’s interview. In most cases, we only get through one. I will dig into the problem as much as the candidate can answer until I have gotten the type of data I can from that question.

If the candidate is quick and detailed on that first one, I may ask one more, but usually one is all I need to learn about the candidate’s communication, analytic, and problem solving skills.
