What are some examples of behavioral questions that can be asked during a job interview for an HR intern position?

Behavioral questions require the interviewee to explain his/her behavior in a particular session as asked in the interview question.

As an HR Manager, I have interviewed many candidates. The most effective technique to understand how the candidate would apply his knowledge of a particular concept in the real world would be through “behavioral questions”.

Behavioral questions require the interviewee to explain his/her behavior in a particular session as asked in the interview question. e.g. Tell me about a time when you had to balance multiple high & top priority tasks. How did you decide where to begin? and how did you manage them?

Concerning your query about the behavioral questions of HR Intern, some that I had asked while selecting my interns are -

  1. Tell me about a time when you have had to do something that you did not like, but did it anyway. How did you motivate yourself and stay focussed on the task?
  2. What would you do if you were accused of sexual harassment charge by a colleague?
  3. Tell me what has been your biggest mistake so far and what have you done to not repeat it?
  4. Tell me about a time when you felt sorry for yourself.
  5. What would you do, if as an Intern, you were asked to do something unethical and not in line with the company's code of conduct?
