What is the difference between a HR interview and a Technical interview?

Technical interviews on the other hand are field specific interviews. So the questions here would be related to field of your course or the position for which you are applying to

HR interview is all about yourself. The person interviewing you will ask the questions based on your life, your journey, your hobbies, your interest, strengths, weaknesses, etc.

Technical interviews on the other hand are field specific interviews. So the questions here would be related to field of your course or the position for which you are applying to. For example, if you are a mechanical engineer and applying for a job in factory, the questions in technical interview will be based on your background i.e. Mechanical. If you are applying for a position of software developer in a IT firm, the questions would be regarding codes, Java, or any other language, etc.
