How do I clear the HR round in IT companies?

if you were in situations like(your crucial team member had left in the project.

HR round is usually done after technical round or with technical round. It is basically to check

1)How interested are you in the company?

2) What can you contribute to the company?

3)What would you do if you were in situations like(your crucial team member had left in the project…How will you handle it?) or (if your manager is doing something unethical, how would you tell it?)

My suggestion is —->When a question is asked,

1) First stay calm and think what to answer for 10 seconds of time.

2) Try to tell all the answers in a positive way.

3) Keep it short and concise. Try not to speak way too much.

4)They might keep asking why is that? why not?How? But explain them clearly with your point.

5) Don’t be 100% honest.

6)You can exaggerate but never bluff.

7)Prove you are enthusiastic in joining their company.
